At Certified Feminist, every item is custom-made to order. Because of this, we cannot accept
returns or exchanges for:
Incorrect sizing selected
Change of mind
Incorrect product selection
We kindly ask that you carefully consult our size guide before placing your order.

Defective Products or Production Errors
If your item arrives with any of the following issues:
A manufacturing defect
A printing error
An item different from what was ordered
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with the following information:
Your order number
Clear photos illustrating the issue
After review, we will provide either a free replacement or a full refund.

Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days via the original payment method.
